The Sanford Marketplace at Magnolia is as local venue created to inspire and nurture a community of shoppers by building a local, sustainable, small business economy in a vibrant experiential marketplace.

We like to create a marketplace model that connects, educates and empowers a community to support the “small businesses (and vendor ship)” by building a base of local farmers and artisans alike to contribute to their and our success. Our hopes in doing this will allow us to be an additional beacon of light for our beloved city and earn revenue for the Welcome Center.

Alive After 5 is Central Florida's longest running street festival.....the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Alive After 5 is being reborn We are making it more intimate and smaller in scale. We are going with a more local and homemade vibe with non-commercial vendors and local breweries. Food vendors will be offering up some of the best BBQ and fried chicken Sanford has to offer. Bring your own chairs, grab some dinner and listen to some great live Jazz music provided by SAO Ent.
